Quazi Sadik Akhtar was born on 4 May 1991 in Mullagram, Asimganj Bazar, under Patharkandi Police Station in Sribhumi district (formerly Karimganj), Assam, India.

He comes from a respected family with a strong tradition of education and public service. His father, Quazi Atiqur Rahman, is a retired Headmaster of Asimia M.V. School and has made notable contributions to the educational and literary fields in Assam. During his distinguished career, he served as the President of the Karimganj District Teachers' Association, an Executive Member of Asam Sahitya Sabha, and the Principal of the Assamese Examination Centre in Karimganj district.
