सुनील कुमार भागलपुर, बिहार से संबंध रखने वाले सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता, उद्यमी और मानवाधिकार समर्थक हैं। वे सेवा समर्पित फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष, नेशनल ह्यूमन राइट्स एंड वूमेन वेलफेयर ऑर्गेनाइजेशन से संबद्ध कार्यकर्ता तथा अभिवृद्धि सॉल्यूशन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के डायरेक्टर हैं। उनका कार्य सामाजिक कल्याण, मानवाधिकार जागरूकता, महिला सशक्तीकरण, सामुदायिक विकास और जिम्मेदार उद्यमशीलता पर केंद्रित है।
